Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any products that are in their original, unused condition along with all packaging. 

To complete your return, please email hello@beecalm.se within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Due to the natural variation in beeswax, please note that slight differences in color and shape are part of its unique beauty and do not qualify as defects.
